- 4800 Phenolic Resin
Haveg 4800 Resin is a low viscosity, liquid phenol-formaldehyde resin. It is a typical thermosetting resin requiring either heat or an acid catalyst for conversion to a hard solid that will not melt or soften after conversion. The cured resin in reddish-brown. It has excellent chemical resistance (except to oxidizing acids and caustic), heat resistance (up to 3000F), abrasion resistance, and is dimensionally stable.
- 4801 Phenolic Resin
Haveg 4801 Resin is a low viscosity, liquid phenol-formaldehyde resin that is especially formulated for low viscosity dilutions. It is a typical thermosetting resin requiring either heat or an acid catalyst for conversion to a hard solid that will not melt or soften after conversion. It has excellent chemical resistance (except to oxidizing acids and caustic), heat resistance (up to 3000F), abrasion resistance, and is dimensionally stable.
